• All products come with a limited time1 year warranty. This warrants all parts and defects in
  each unit for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase. If the product is proven to
  be defective under normal circumstances, it may be returned to retailer that it was
  purchased from.
• The warranty does not cover damage to breakable parts caused by vandalism or tampering
  by unauthorized people.
• The warranty is only limited to original purchaser.
• Batteries and other limited-life consumables are exempt from this warranty.
• The warranty is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from misuse,
  or improper installation of the product. (It is strongly recommended that a professional
  install the locks)
• All products that are proven to be faulty, should be sent back in original packaging or in
  a similar box with bubble wrap to protect the lock from further damage while in transport.
• No liability is accepted for lost products during the course of shipping. Please include
  your name and contact number on the outside of the box on all faulty returns.
• All products will be repaired if salvageable. But, in the case a product or model has
  been superseded by a newer model then the older model will be replaced with a newer one.
